How One Book Forces You to Think Beyond Your Own Lifetime...
A map of the four plateaus every creator hits; and the one behavior change that unlocks each jump....
For a while now, I've been balancing full-time software development with studying computer science, hitting the gym, learning Japanese, and just trying to get better at life β one small system at a time.
I've always been kind of obsessed with figuring out how to manage time well and actually get stuff done. At some point, I had to β between work, gym, books, travel, social life, and personal goals, I needed a way to do all of it without burning out or sacrificing my health. And once I decided to start a CS degree on top of my job, I knew I had to get serious about time management β not just productivity for its own sake, but for what gives the highest return per hour spent.
People have often times been asking me "How do you fit everything into your schedule?". So I'll be starting to write about the things that helped. The wins and the flops. From spreadsheets and sleep trackers to gym logs and Anki decks β all the stuff I've tested while trying to keep my body, brain, finances and energy levels running well (most of the time, anyway).
I'm currently building an online home to share ideas, guides, and honest insights about how I think, train, study, and grow.
If you're into that kind of thing β welcome. No fluff, no guru talk, just stuff I've found useful and worth sharing.
